Project: Market Research and UX Insights for Digital Campaign Strategy
Role: Content Strategist
As a Content Strategist, I helped inform social and campaign strategy through market research, competitive, social, UX insights. My work focused on understanding what drives engagement across platforms and turning those findings into clear, creative ideas for seasonal campaigns and digital activations. I partnered with marketing and creative teams to turn insights into content that felt real, brand-aligned, and results-focused.

Project: Seasonal Content Support for the Marketing and Communications Team
Role: Content Consultant
As a Content Consultant, I supported the Conservancy's seasonal digital communications, helping the Editorial and Social Media team translate campaigns into engaging cross-platform content. I contributed copy for Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn posts, wrote long-form content for the Summer 2024 Digital Guide, assisted with video scripts for park initiatives, and captured on-site photos ad vertical video.
This project strengthened my skills in nonprofit communications, collaborative content development, and adapting messaging for diverse audiences across platforms.
Project: News-to-Social Pipeline: Design and Distribution
Role: Social Media Manager
I revitalized the brand's social presence by translating complex editorial content such as news, environment updates, podcasts, into accessible engaging social posts. I designed a newsprint-inspired Instagram grid, creating branded graphics, and managed distribution with Hootsuite.
The content achieved measurable impact: LinkedIn impressions +17%, Facebook reach +29.7%, and Twitter/X engagement +52.1%. The new Instagram layout was adopted by the team, improving platform cohesion and visual identity. This project reinforced the value of cross-platform consistency and strategic design in elevating engagement, blending editorial insight with social storytelling.

Project: Improving Digital Media Presence for Fordham's GSAS
Role: Social Media Coordinator
I revitalized the brand's social presence by creating content that engaged students and amplified brand visibility. Responsibilities included posting videos and posts, monitoring trends and performance data, and contributing to a consistent visual and editorial style on Instagram.
The work helped double the school's Instagram following in one year and increased engagement and reach across channels, This role strengthened my ability to turn insights into actionable content, collaborating on visual storytelling, and align digital strategy with brand goals.
